The stator and the rotor are the two main parts of this induction motor. The stator is filled with brass coils that are spaced apart by ferromagnetic material conduits. To prevent short circuits, plastic components electrically insulate the wires.

The MAF130C-0100-FQ-S0-AQ0-05-N1 by MAF series has R-grade vibration, S0 encoder and flange mounting. A coded exact position value is assigned to each point within a revolution by the single-turn (S0) encoder. This allows for the calculation of the shaft's speed and acceleration for application control. The insulation around motor windings quickly deteriorates due to overheating. To prevent this, a liquid cooling system is employed. The channel's liquid enters through the front frame lateral surfaces of the motor and leaves through the corresponding rear frame lateral surfaces. This enhances heat transfer directly from MAF motor cavities to coolant via the lateral surfaces.
