This liquid-cooled housing motor is intended to drive machinery that needs continuous torque without forced airflow, making it useful in automation stations that operate inside sealed cabinets or dirty environments. In industrial automation, the stator winding is energized by an inverter so that the rotor delivers torque directly to a plain shaft for use in pumps, presses, or conveyor lines that rely on asynchronous drive technology.

Thermal management is provided by liquid cooling through a connection thread that accepts 1/4 inch fittings, which removes heat from the stator and helps keep the windings within insulation class F. The thread is on the B-side beside a turnable terminal box for flexible cable routing. Rotor position is sensed by a multi-turn absolute encoder that transmits via EnDat2.1 and runs on 7-12 V, giving 2048 increments of resolution. Winding code 0250 identifies the electrical layout, and flange mounting attaches the motor to a machine frame. The motor is supplied without a holding brake, and the plain shaft comes without a shaft sealing ring.

Mechanical integration is simplified by flange mounting and a plain output shaft supplied without a shaft sealing ring, so an external seal can be added if required. The 0250 winding reaches 2500 rpm at nominal load, matching motor frame size 130 and length B. The aluminum housing carries an IP65 protection rating and complies with DIN EN 60034-14, so dust protection and vibration grade A remain within standard limits. Continuous duty is permitted from 0 to 40 °C. Within this temperature range, the standard bearings and the B-side power entry support stable thermal performance and orderly cable routing.
