MAF130B-0200-FQ-M2-RF0-05-A1 is an asynchronous box motor with squirrel-cage rotor of the Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn A generation. This motor comes with liquid cooling to efficiently transfer heat from its components. It can be used as the primary and servo drive for all rotary driving tasks. It provides intelligent driving solutions with high power density and open functionality when combined with Rexroth IndraDrive controllers. This motor has a multi-turn absolute encoder with 2048 resolution, which guarantees precise position tracking and control.
The rated torque of 100 Nm facilitates correct prediction of motor behavior under continuous load. The 20.90 kW power output of this motor allows for accurate calculation of system performance and energy consumption. However, 42.85 kW is the maximum power output it can deliver for short durations. The rated speed of 2000 revolutions per minute (RPM) is the optimal speed at which this motor behaves as highly efficient. But, 1500 RPM is the key speed that helps it avoid damage-causing critical speed ranges. The rated current it can draw for stable and reliable operation under continuous load is 52.7 A. It has a cycle duration of 5 minutes to ensure consistent performance over the duty cycle. This motor provides reliable energy storage for power applications with 11.6 nF of discharge capacity of the component.
It can be connected to power on its upper side via a terminal box. It features two PTC temperature sensors which are permanently installed in its winding. This motor offers selectable coolant ports, either via the connection thread on the motor or through quick couplings. The maximum allowed input pressure of coolant at the coolant port is 6 bar. Black-colored motor paint protects it from water, diluted acids, seawater, organic solvents, etc.
