Product Description:

The MAF100D-0250-FQ-C0-AG0-05-N1 is a liquid cooling MAF series motor by Rexroth. The continuous current at the standstill of the machine is 56.1 A, whereas the rated current is 45.8 A. It has the rated speed, key speed, and maximum speed of 2500 rpm, 2000 rpm, and 9000 rpm respectively. It has standard bearings installed in it that are commonly known as universal bearings. The advantages of the standard bearings are high availability and long service life. The only drawback of the bearing is that it can only suitable for low to medium radial and axial loads.

The MAF100D-0250-FQ-C0-AG0-05-N1 has flange type mounting and the thermal constant of the motor is 3.5 minutes. For transportation, the motor must remain at a temperature from -20 C to 80 C with air humidity of 75 %. It is recommended to store the motor in its original form and in a dry and dust-free place. For longer-duration storage, it is advised to store at room temperature and protect against light and direct solar radiation. The vibration grade of the motor is A as per DIN EN 60034-14.

The MAF100D-0250-FQ-C0-AG0-05-N1 torque constant at 20 C is 1.55 Nm/A, whereas the rated torque of the motor is 75 Nm. Before the key speed is reached, the continuous torque at standstill M1 is available for continuous operation mode. The power is extracted through the connector at side A, and the power cross-section area of this motor is 10 mm2. The cooling method used is liquid cooling with a connection thread, and the coolant flow required at pressure is 2.5 per minute. The allowed coolant temperature rise at pressure is 10 K. This variant of the motor comes without any holding brake and the encoder is incremental with 2048 increments.
