Product Description:
The MAF100D-0200-FR-S2-AH0-05-N1 is an MAF series motor that has B05 flange type mounting, and the hole dimension of the flange is 14 mm dia. The screw type is M12 and the mounting feet are four with the roughness height of the?screwing surface to the?machine is Rz32. The rated speed of the motor is 2000, derating speed is 500 which reduces the key speed to 1500 rpm. It has standard bearings installed that limit the maximum speed of the motor. The maximum achievable speed of this asynchronous motor with standard bearing is 9000 rpm. N-type bearings refer to the universal bearing type that is suitable for absorbing low to medium radial and axial forces.
The MAF100D-0200-FR-S2-AH0-05-N1 power extraction is from the connector at side A, and the vibration severity grade of the machine is A. It comes with a single-turn absolute encoder that operates on a 7-12 V power supply. The cooling method used in this motor to keep the motor free from heating is liquid cooling with enclosed rapid action. If necessary, liquid-cooled motors should be drained of coolant before they are put back in storage, in order to avoid frost damage.
The MAF100D-0200-FR-S2-AH0-05-N1 weights 64 kg with encoder and without holding brake. As there are no holding brakes, the value of the weight is retained and shows the overall weight of the machine. This motor has a plain shaft that is useful in industry for operations and comes without sealing rings. The continuous torque of the machine is 83 Nm, whereas the rated torque is 80 Nm. The difference of 3 Nm is due to the derating, and if the derating is zero then the difference vanishes. This applies to continuous current at a standstill and rated current as well.
