The MAF100C-0200-FR-M2-AH0-05-N1 is an asynchronous housing motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors series. It supplies continuous rotary power for conveyors, milling heads, and general machine axes in automated factories. It works with drive controllers that regulate torque and speed through feedback from the integrated absolute encoder. The integrated encoder also lets the control system monitor shaft position without requiring a separate external feedback device.

Heat is removed from the stator by liquid cooling, delivered through an enclosed rapid-action coupling that mates to a 1/4-inch hose line for a fast, drip-free connection. Position data is provided by a multi-turn absolute encoder that communicates over EnDat2.1; the encoder accepts a supply of 7 to 12 V and resolves motion into 2048 increments per revolution for synchronized control. The motor uses flange mounting, and the power leads exit on side A through a sealed connector to keep cable routing compact. Under nominal excitation, the rotor reaches 2000 rpm, which suits feed axes and material-handling stations that require stable operating speed.

The stator winding follows code 0200 and is insulated to class F, allowing continuous operation within an ambient range of 0 to 40 °C. The housing has an IP65 protection rating and meets vibration level A under DIN EN 60034-14, which supports use in washdown areas and under moderate dynamic loading. The motor has a plain shaft without a shaft sealing ring and comes without a holding brake, which keeps rotating inertia lower for applications that do not require static load holding. Standard rolling bearings support the rotor, and frame size 100 with length code C sets the overall motor envelope. That layout supports direct coupling to gearboxes or belt-driven mechanisms.
