The MAF100C-0200-FQ-C0-AH0-35-H1 is an asynchronous motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the MAF IndraDyn Asynchronous Motors series. A frame size of 100 and length code C place it in the mid-range of the line. As a liquid-cooled asynchronous housing motor, it circulates coolant through the outer jacket to keep operating temperatures stable during continuous use. High-speed bearings support sustained rotation in demanding drive trains used across automated manufacturing cells, conveyors, and other industrial motion systems.

It relies on liquid cooling, fed through a 1/4-inch connection thread, to remove heat from the stator and reduce thermal stress during extended operation. The motor reaches a rated speed of 2000 rpm, allowing direct pairing with many standard inverters. Position feedback comes from an incremental sensor that generates 2048 increments per turn and is supplied with 5 V logic for closed-loop monitoring. The windings use class F insulation, which permits temperatures up to 155 °C. An IP65 housing blocks dust and water jets, and flange and foot mounting allow attachment to a machine base or mounting face. Electrical power enters through a connector on the A-side, the rotor uses a plain shaft without a sealing ring, and the motor is supplied without a holding brake.

Operation is limited to ambient air between 0 – 40 °C, so the installation area must stay within that temperature range. Dynamic balance corresponds to vibration grade A, which helps reduce vibration transfer to couplings and adjacent machine components. Mechanical accuracy and measurement procedures follow DIN EN 60034-14, covering shaft runout, balancing, and noise evaluation. The A-side connector location can simplify cable routing in layouts where the motor is mounted close to the machine frame, and the unsealed shaft end is better suited to applications that do not require additional sealing at the output.
