The MAF100C-0150-FQ-S2-LG0-05-N1 is part of the MAF series of asynchronous motors from Bosch Rexroth. These motors offer intelligent drive solutions with high power density and open functionality suited to high precision industrial applications. This model is a size 100 motor with a frame length of C. It features a compact design with liquid cooling for thermal protection. The motor also comes with built in temperature sensors in the windings for motor protection. This unit is categorized in the IP 65 protection class. It is resistant to dust, water jets and other types of contaminants so it can be used in adverse conditions without impacting performance.
The motor is equipped with a standard bearing (type code option "N") which is suited for low to medium radial and axial forces. Standard bearings offer low-noise running and a long service life. This motor is also built for easy servicing and can be maintained while operation is ongoing. For position and velocity monitoring, the motor comes with a singleturn absolute Encoder, 2048 increments. It has flange mounting to facilitate installation and also comes equipped with connectors on the left side of the unit where power cables can be attached. The motor has a plain output shaft that is protected by a shaft sealing ring against leakage of oils, chemicals and other contaminants into the motor.
This motor is rated for a nominal speed of 1,500, with maximum allowable speeds of up to 9,000. The current rating for the unit is 27.9 A, with the maximum current set at 60.4 A. The maximum torque for this motor is 149.5 Nm. Wake Industrial offers a one year warranty for this product.
