The MAF100C-0150-FQ-S2-LF0-35-N1 is an asynchronous box motor with liquid cooling by Bosch Rexroth. Asynchronous motors feature a compact design and high continuous ratings making them ideal for use as main and servo drives for rotary driving applications. This model comes with a frame size of 100 and a frame length of C. It is equipped with liquid cooling with connection thread to optimize performance even with extreme loads. The motor is rated as IP 65 so it can be safely used in setups with potential liquid and solid contaminants. This motor is built for easy service, allowing maintenance work to be carried out during operation.
The motor is equipped with a singleturn absolute Encoder, 2048 increments that functions in monitoring speed and rotor position. The unit also has connectors on the left side of the motor where power cables can be connected to the unit. The motor comes with flange and foot mounting to facilitate installation in diverse setups. The output shaft of this unit is a plain shaft with a labyrinth seal suited for heavy-duty applications. The motor comes with a standard bearing but it does not have an integrated holding brake. For ease of use, the unit is rated in class A for vibration severity per DIN EN 60034 -14 classification.
