It is a liquid-cooled asynchronous motor intended for flange-mounted drive stations where continuous torque must remain stable while enclosure size stays compact. In automated cells, the motor supplies rotational motion to conveyors, spindles, or positioning tables that operate inside enclosures exposed to coolant mist and fine dust.

The motor uses liquid cooling, and the coolant enters through a connection thread sized at 1/4 inch, which simplifies hose installation on closed-loop chillers. Power conductors terminate in a turnable terminal box, allowing the connection direction to be adjusted for the available space. The motor is sealed to IP65, which blocks dust ingress and water jets during washdown.
