The MAF100B-0150-FQ-S2-BG0-35-N1 product is an asynchronous motor with a squirrel cage rotor designed by Bosch Rexroth. The motor comes in three lengths and various technical features to meet your diverse requirements. The MAF100B asynchronous motor has a ¼” threaded connection for water inflow or outflow purposed for liquid cooling. This asynchronous drive comes with an IP65 degree of protection which makes it suitable for applications that are potentially exposed to explosive environments or require operation directly under machine working areas.
The MAF series comprises box motors with high degree of protection. This series is rated for use in potentially explosive applications and sustains dust or moist environments. It is engineered to be used in an atmospheric temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius. Above this temperature, data loss may occur. This model of asynchronous motor is engineered to produce 42 Nm of torque during rated operation with a current consumption of 18.1 A. When used in the specified ambient conditions i.e. temperature, humidity, and EMC, this asynchronous motor promises 6.6 kW of rated power while running at 1,500 revolutions per minute. It is designed to cool through the circulating liquid which exchanges heat produced during continuous operation and avoids data loss. It is capable of running at a key speed of 1000 revolutions per minute.
The asynchronous motor by Rexroth Indramat saves the trouble of installation with its compact size and easy-to-mount structure accompanied by an installation guide. Only a certified professional may be awarded the job if commissioned. A single-turn optical encoder is included in this model which uses EnDat 2.1 interface for communication. Customers can choose between ranges of winding designations.
