The MAF100B-0150-FQ-S2-BF0-35-A1 asynchronous motor is rated for high-power applications that rely on precision and accuracy as well. The company has a history of manufacturing these motors and their drive controllers in a broad power spectrum. The MAF motor can endure vibration severity ‘1’ according to DIN EN 60034-14 standard. A ¼” threaded connection is available for liquid cooling. This motor is available in three different lengths. With a rated consumption of 18.1A current, this asynchronous motor promises 42 Nm of torque and 6.6 kW of power.

The MAF asynchronous motor incorporates a single-turn absolute encoder that reads the position of the output shaft with 2048 steps resolution. This asynchronous motor is cooled by the circulating liquid forced by a pump. The motor provides electrical connectors at the B side of the housing. All the sides are labeled to avoid confusion during commissioning. It delivers output using a plain shaft sealed by a labyrinth seal that isolates the internals. This model comes without the holding brakes. If needed, it should be mentioned during ordering. The shaft bearing is fixed at the A side of the motor. This model is designed to operate at a rated speed of 1,500 revolutions per minute while the key speed is measured to be 1,000 revolutions per minute.
