Product Description

The MAD130D-0050-SA-C0-AG0-05-A1 is one of the several MAD series of asynchronous servomotors from Bosch Rexroth. The motor has a size of 130, a length of D and a winding type of 0050. The device encompasses an insulation class of 155 in accordance with DIN EN 60034-1 specifications. It is a good choice for use in explosive environments. The encoder must be connected to the motor using the 15m long connection cable that is provided with the servomotor. The screws of the encoder housing must not be removed when the encoder is connected. The unit makes use of an optical incremental encoder with 2048 signal periods.

The servomotor has a smooth and cylindrical shaft in adherence to DIN 748 part 3 specifications. The shaft is equipped with a shaft seal ring and a centering hole according to DIN 332 part 2 specifications. The motor must be grounded above the motor cable with a ground wire with a cross-section. The housing features an epoxy resin coating. The device should not be given an additional coating over the existing black coat. The unit supports B05 foot assembly with M16 size screws through mounting holes of 18mm diameter.

The centering bundle on the side of the motor must not be jammed or clamped during the mounting process. The fan cover of the motor can be rotated in all four directions for cooling. The fastening screws on the cover sheet and the fan cowl must first be loosened to change the direction of the fan cover. The motor has a fixed bearing on the A side and a vibration severity of A as per DIN EN 60034-14 specifications. This asynchronous motor is available with a one-year warranty period.
