MAD180D-0200-SA-M2-FH2-35-V1 is a high-performance servo motor. It is designed for applications such as machine tools, metal-forming machine tools, foodstuff machines, and paper processing machines. MAD series motors are used in combination with IndraDrive controllers. These controllers supply power for the motor and control speed and torque. Closed loop control systems use feedback for precise motor parameter control. A multiturn absolute encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface and 2048 increments is installed on the MAD180D-0200-SA-M2-FH2-35-V1 motor. A terminal box on side A provides the main electrical connection. The main shaft on the motor is plain and does not include a sealing ring. Two mounting options, foot and flange mounting, are supported for installation flexibility. The motor uses reinforced bearings for superior performance. Rated output torque of the servo motor is 300 Nm.

Wires used for supplying motor power should have minimum 35 mm2 cross-sectional area. The motor torque constant at 20 degrees Celsius is 2.92 Nm/A. There are two pole pairs on the motor windings.
