Product Description:

The MAD180D-0150-SA-S2-FH2-35-V1 is the perfect choice for optimizing industrial processes as its specifications make it the most versatile option in the MAD series of motors from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This motor can offer a nominal torque of 340 Nm, while the locked rotor torque where the rotor of the motor is locked in a fixed position is 360 Nm while at the maximum speed this motor has a torque of 793 Nm. The motor comes with a base speed rating of 1500 rpm while the peak speed thanks to reinforced bearings allows this servo motor to attain a maximum speed of 6000 rpm.

This motor comes with an electrically released holding brake system that offers a torque transmission of 240 Nm and requires 24 volts DC with a voltage tolerance of 10% to operate along with a current requirement of 1.87 amperes. The moment of inertia of this brake is 0.0018 kgm² that allows it to react very quickly when a control signal for engaging the brake system is applied. This brake has a disengagement time of 300 ms while the engagement time delay is 30 ms. The motor weighs approximately 395 kg while the brake weighs in about 25 kg.
