Product Description:

MAD160C-0200-SA-S0-FQ0-35-V1 is a fast servo motor designed for quick movement applications given its low inertia design that is around 0.311 kgm². This motor can quickly change its speed and direction thanks to the low inertia. The speed of this servo motor is 2000 rpm while producing a nominal torque of 210 Nm which is very high considering the compact size of the motor. This motor is on the heavier side as it features 2 pole pairs or 4 poles along with an all-metal build that makes up 233 kg in weight.

This AC Asynchronous motor runs at varying speeds and its speed can be controlled using a tacho feedback system where the motor generates up to 3 volts of the feedback signal to notify the motor controller of the current speed of the servo motor. This tacho feedback system can be controlled using the PID control loop of the motor that helps this motor remain within a set point for its speed. The servo motor features a closed-loop control mechanism that with the help of the motor encoder is able to adjust the position of the motor shaft to the desired position. The encoder on this motor is a 512 increment resolution encoder that only allows the motor to rotate in 360 degrees once in either direction.

To mount this servo motor onto a system, the MAD160C-0200-SA-S0-FQ0-35-V1 can be mounted with the help of both flange mounting and foot mounting options. The V1 configuration of the servo motor allows the motor to attain max speed with the help of high speed bearings.
