MAD160B-0200-SA-S2-LG0-35-N3 is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as a housed, asynchronous motor of the IndraDyn A series. There are two versions of IndraDyn A, depending on the cooling method. The MAD160B-0200-SA-S2-LG0-35-N3 is cooled by the use of a strongly connected fan that ensures that the motor maintains an optimum temperature during its operation. Those IndraDyn A motors that are air-cooled by a fan are classed as the MAD version, as opposed to the MAF version, where a liquid internally cools the motor.
The size of the motor is 160, while the length is marked B, and the winding code is 0200. As mentioned above, the motor is cooled by the operation of a cooling fan that is attached to the motor, and the electrical power connection is provided through a connector to the left.
