The MAD130D-0250-SL-S0-BQ0-35-V1 is a 130 mm AC Servo motor that has a speed rating of 2500 rotations per minute with a torque rating of 135 Nm, making this motor perfect for both robotics and drilling applications. This motor, at the maximum speed of 7500 rotations per minute, can produce a torque of 341 Nm. The motor has a power rating of 35 kW and draws a current of 86.5 amperes at rated operating mode, while at standstill, it draws around 87 amperes of current, providing a standstill torque of up to 155 Nm.
This motor comes with a single-turn absolute encoder that is capable of registering only one single turn but can help the motor shaft by placing it much more accurately with an encoder resolution of 512-step increments. The one single rotation is broken into 512 steps, allowing the motor to finely rotate, making this servo configuration perfect for industrial robots where the accurate placement of the end effector is much more crucial.
The shaft key design is balanced with the entire key, as this helps keep the load on the shaft uniformly divided, allowing the motor to reduce axial stress on the shaft, preventing it from breaking or bending when rotating at higher speeds. This shaft does not come with a shaft sealing ring but does come with an IP 65 protection rating to protect the motor against dust and moisture, preventing the motor from degrading over time. The Ingress Protection rating prevents dust from entering the motor enclosure as well as keeps it safe from low-level water splashes. This motor can be mounted using both foot and flange mounting options, making it easy to use with different types of machines.
