Product Description:
The MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-AP0-05-N1 is a 130D servo motor that features a large motor frame, which is perfect for helping cool the servo motor since this motor has a power rating of 35.3 kW. The all-aluminum frame also helps as a large heatsink to help cool the winding of the motor. This servo does come with a cooling blower installed, which helps take in air from the rear and cool the motor enclosure on the way from the front. The axial blower fan has a voltage requirement of 470 volts AC with 10% tolerance.
This 135 Nm servo motor can only be mounted using a flange mount, which is compatible with this motor size. With a flange mounting option, when attached, heavy torque components make it easier to spread the shaft of the servo motor without affecting its structure, which may lead to it breaking or bending during high-speed rotation. The current rating of the motor is 86.5 Amperes, and to transmit the current through the motor cable, the MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-AP0-05-N1 comes with a thick 12 AWG cable to help ensure the flow of current as smoothly as possible without burning the cable.
For locked rotor torque configuration, the MAD130D-0250-SA-S2-AP0-05-N1 can output a torque of 150 Nm torque along with a current rating of 87.5 amperes. The locked rotor torque ensures the servo motor gets locked into position, especially when it comes to robotics where the machine makes certain maneuvers in order to perform its tasks—most notably a handling robot where the precise position of the servo is highly important and locked rotor torque is also necessary here to keep the motor locked in a position without the rotor slipping from the requested position.
