This model features a reinforced bearing type which is a deep-groove ball bearing + cylindrical roller bearing. The minimum radial load that these bearings must be operated under is 1 kN. These bearings allow the absorption of higher radial forces but at the cost of reducing the grease service life to half of its original value. Along with that this motor has a shaft that is balanced with entire key & is coupled with a shaft sealing ring for better protection against liquids and foreign particles.
These high-end AC motors come from the MAD series from Bosch based out of Germany who have a great history of providing highly reliable and efficient industry solutions. These motors run at a 2000 rpm speed and can reach up to 7500 rpm thanks to the reinforced bearings bundled. No. of pole pairs are 3 and the sound pressure level is 70 dB(A). This motor series also offers some holding brake options as well.
