MAD130D-0200-SA-S0-KH0-35-H1 is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is part of the MAD series that is designed for industrial use. Typical MAD motor applications include metal-forming machines, machine tools and printing machines. MAD motors should be used only with accessories specified in the manufacturer documentation. MAD motor operation is only allowed in permitted configurations with firmware and software specified in the relevant functions descriptions. MAD motors come with IP65 rated enclosures. These provide strong liquid and solid ingress protection. With low maintenance requirements, MAD motors are ideal for a range of operating environments. These motors are fitted with fixed cooling fans and support surface cooling. The optimal temperature for motor operation is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Motor use outside these limits will lead to derating and should be avoided.
MAD130D-0200-SA-S0-KH0-35-H1 is a 2000 RPM motor with high-speed bearings that allow 10,000 RPM maximum speed. The rated and peak output torque figures are 150 Nm and 340 Nm respectively. The rated and peak output current figures are 71.3 Amps and 137 Amps respectively. The rated and peak output power figures are 31.4 kilowatts and 64.37 kilowatts respectively. The motor has a plain shaft which does not include a shaft seal. Shaft seals are available as an option and are recommended for improved ingress protection. This is especially true for applications that require tight seals. For such applications, Bosch recommends using sealing air and the shaft seal. Sealing air involves introducing a specific overpressure to prevent ingress of external contaminants. Direct motor connection to AC mains can cause irreparable damage. Therefore, the motor must only be used with recommended motor controllers working in converter mode.
