Bosch Rexroths range of MAD series of asynchronous motors includes the MAD130D-0150-SA-S2-BH0-35-A1. This model is a size 130 motor with a frame length of D. It is a high-powered robust motor with a high resolution encoder for outstanding true running quality and excellent handling precision. The motor comes equipped with surface cooling facilitated by an axial fan mounted to the motor. The fan can be easily dismounted and reattached for easy maintenance. The motor is also optimized for use in harsh industrial conditions with IP 65 protection to ensure that water, soluble oils, dust, and other contaminants do not penetrate the housing of the motor.
The motor has a fixed bearing on side A of the motor. The connectors for electrical cables are located on Side B of the unit. The motor is suited to different installation requirements and comes with flange and foot mounting. Its high resolution encoder is a Single-turn absolute encoder with EnDat2.1 interface. It functions in monitoring velocity and rotor position. The output shaft on this unit is a plain shaft suited for heavy-duty applications. The shaft does not come with a shaft sealing ring.
