The MAD130D-0150-SA-S2-AQ1-05-N1 is a Bosch Rexroth motor in the MAD series of air-cooled motors. Designed with high power density and low inertia, this type of motor is suited for high-precision applications such as packaging equipment, printing presses, machine tools, and more. This model has a frame size of 130 with a length of D. for surface cooling, it comes with an attached axial fan. This motor has a high cyclic load capacity and can handle extreme loads. The thermistors in its windings help to prevent overload damage by monitoring temperature. This motor is also robust enough to handle adverse environmental conditions, It is rated as IP 65 protected so it can be used even in areas where there may be leakage of water, coolants and other contaminants.
This motor has high resolution motor feedback for rotor position and velocity monitoring. Its integrated single-turn absolute encoder comes with a data memory to record all the relevant motor parameters. The motor is equipped with a standard bearing which can accommodate high speeds and ensures that the motor runs with low noise. The output shaft on this unit is a shaft with keyway, balanced with entire key. This motor is also equipped with a standard blocking brake that ensures a safe standstill when the machine is off. The brake prevents backlash and holds the servo axes in place during standstill.
For ease of installation, the motor comes with flange mounting. It has a torque rating of 155.0 Nm. The nominal speed of the motor is 1,500 min-1. It can accommodate maximum speeds of 7,500 min-1 and a maximum torque of 374.6 Nm.
