The asynchronous motor MAD130D-0150-SA-S2-AH0-35-H1 from the MAD series is manufactured by the Indramat Rexroth group. This motor is designed according to safety standards that not only focus on its design but also its construction and installation. The length of this size D IndraDyn A motor is 130. The frame size of the motor varies according to the output flange dimensions and power range. The 0150 type of winding represents the rated speed of the motor shaft, which is 1500 rpm.
An external cooling system is required to operate MAD motors. The axial fan blower is used for surface cooling. The user-friendly compact S2G encoder is used. The relative accuracy of this single-turn encoder is ± 0.001'. Flange mounting eliminates the use of any extra brackets to provide the site of attachment to equipment. The foot mounting provides easy installation and flexible attachment sites. The mass of the IndraDyn motor with blower is 395 kg. This asynchronous motor is protected according to standard guidelines and resistant to grease or mineral oils. Redrox Bosch uses only licensed cables that are certified by CSA and UL. The motor housing can be repainted, but the coat must not exceed a thickness of 40 µm. All of the necessary motor data is already stored in the encoder's data memory, which is needed to activate the motor.
