Product Description:
The MAD130D-0100-SA-S2-BP0-05-V1 is a high-speed variant of the MAD130 series of servo motors that can rotate at a nominal rated speed of 1000 rotations per minute and can generate a proportional rotational torque of 170 Nm, which is plenty for high torque robotics applications or for rotating heavy loads attached to the shaft of the servo. The motor is perfect for operating high torque gearbox systems as well, which can help increase the overall output torque of the motor by increasing the gear ratio.
This motor has a rotational torque of 190 Nm at continuous locked rotor mode, where the servo shaft is locked in a position and the rotational torque keeps increasing on the shaft. The locked rotor mode is specially designed for robotics applications, as servo motors are required to operate different links of a robotic system, especially when it comes to industrial-size robotic arms. This AC servo motor comes with 3 pole pairs, responsible for generating the required electromagnetic field strength needed to perform the induction phenomenon to operate the servo motor.
To help keep this servo motor thermally insulated, the MAD130D-0100-SA-S2-BP0-05-V1 comes with a thermal insulation class F that provides thermal protection for up to 170 degrees Celsius. To ensure the servo motor operates under safe operating conditions, the MAD130D-0100-SA-S2-BP0-05-V1 should always be operated within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius to ensure the servo motor runs efficiently. To help enhance the overall design efficiency of the servo, this motor comes with a blower fan that takes in cool air from the surroundings and helps regulate the heat generated by the coil, ensuring cool air circulation within the motor housing.
