Product Description:
With a power rating of up to 18.4 kW, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-BH0-05-N3 is a powerful servo motor from Rexroth's MAD series of servo motors. This particular model offers a speed range of 7500 rpm at the max and is able to generate a rotational torque of 117 Nm while at the maximum speed, the servo motor is able to generate one of the strongest forces of rotation within the MAD C series of 275 Nm which makes it versatile for both drilling kind and heavy-duty robotics applications.
As this motor is capable of generating high speeds, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-BH0-05-N3 should always be mounted on a sturdy mount that can help it reduce the vibration effect by ensuring the motor does not get loosened up when mounted and the type of mounting supported by this servo motor is the flange type mounting where a compatible flange output is present on a machine system where this motor is supposed to be mounted aligning it with the screws that help the motor be fixed onto the flange mount. This motor is rated for humid environments as it comes with a humidity rating of up to 89 % for the internal parts while for the external body, the motor comes with a black prime seal paint to help prevent corrosion on the body.
This servo motor is carefully designed as it is always recommended to operate it when the ambient temperature is between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius however to ensure this servo motor does not heat up too quickly, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-BH0-05-N3 comes with a 1000 m3 blower fan that ensures the coil of the motor remains cool throughout the operation. This motor takes around 50 minutes to cool down which is also the thermal time constant rating of this servo.
