Product Description:

The MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-AH0-35-N1 is an AC servo motor part of the MAD series of Servo motors that comes with an Axial Blower fan for cooling. This motor comes with standard style bearings that allow the motor to attain the highest speed of 7500 rpm while generating a proportional torque of 275 Nm. The rated speed of this motor is 1500 rpm, generating a rated proportional torque of 117 Nm while drawing a current of 48.9 Amperes.

To keep the motor cool, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-AH0-35-N1 comes with an Axial blower fan. This blower fan is usually placed inside the motor at the rear end where it operates under the blower configuration, blowing air outside of the motor from the front. The blower fan requires between 400 volts AC and 460 volts AC to operate and can generate an air volume of 1000 m³ per hour. The Thermal time constant for this motor is 50 minutes allowing the motor to quickly reach its steady-state temperature, reducing the chances of power loss due to heat dissipation.

With an on-board single turn absolute encoder, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-AH0-35-N1 servo motor can easily position the shaft according to the user preferences or application requirements. The encoder on this motor has a resolution of 2048 increments for one single rotation, after which the motor returns to its original position as the encoder is only designed to track one single rotation. This encoder uses the EnDat 2.1 digital encoder interface to communicate with the motor control module, offering enhanced security and data transfer features. This encoder requires 5 volts to operate and draws approximately 30 mA of current.
