Product Description:

The MAD130C-0150-SA-N0-BL1-35-R1 is a perfect motor for drilling applications, as it comes with a torque rating of 117 Nm and a host of other features, including a holding brake to keep the shaft locked in the position of interest. This servo motor is perfect for high-speed movements, as the nominal speed that it offers is 1500 rpm, all the way up to 7500 rpm, with heavy-duty reinforced ball bearings.

This motor does not offer an encoder, making it not suitable for robotics applications. However, users can utilize this motor in drilling applications, where it provides the rotational forces needed to create impact on a substance with the help of a compatible drill bit. This motor comes with a maximum torque output of 275 Nm, and the brake that it features is an electrically released 80 Nm brake that requires 24 volts DC, with a voltage tolerance of 10% to operate, along with a current rating of 1.6 amperes. The inertia of this brake is also very low, allowing it to quickly respond, as it is 0.002 kgm². The maximum speed that this brake can operate at is 8000 rpm, which is well above the maximum speed rating of this motor, ensuring smooth operation.
