Product Description:
The MAD130C-0150-SA-M2-BH1-05-N1 is a 130C series servo motor from the MAD series lineup that offers both high-speed rotations as well as a high-rated torque. The speed rating for this motor is 1500 rpm with a maximum speed of 7500 rpm. The impressive feature of this servo motor is the maximum torque that it offers of 275 Nm. Even at the nominal operating conditions, this servo motor is able to generate a rated torque of 117 Nm which is very respectable at normal duty mode without requiring extra power. The high torque output makes this servo motor a great choice for a torque gearbox.
To get this servo motor running, the MAD130C-0150-SA-M2-BH1-05-N1 needs an input voltage of 170 volts AC at nominal to operate while the maximum voltage rating for this servo motor is 475 volts AC. This input supply configuration that this servo motor supports is the 3-phase configuration allowing a voltage with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz nominal to operate. This motor supports both star and delta-type phase configurations. The MAD130C-0150-SA-M2-BH1-05-N1 comes with 3 pole pairs that generate the required electromagnetic field needed to rotate the shaft of the servo motor.
For positioning of the shaft of the servo motor over to the accurate position for its applications, the MAD130C-0150-SA-M2-BH1-05-N1 comes with an encoder that can count multiple rotations of the servo shaft and has a maximum rotation limit of 4096 rotations with an increment resolution of 2048 increments. This motor design features an electrically released holding brake that has a holding torque or braking torque of 80 Nm. When engaging this holding brake it has a maximum energy limit of 30000 Ws and requires a 24 volts DC input connection for operation with a nominal current draw of 1.6 amperes. The brake has a delay time of 140 ms when being released and 40 ms when being engaged.
