Product Description:
The MAD130C-0150-SA-M0-BL0-35-V1 from Rexroth comes with V-type bearings that are the very high-speed reinforced bearing types that allow this servo motor to rotate at the maximum speed of 10000 rpm. This motor at the maximum speed, is able to generate a rotational force of 275 Nm compared to its 117 Nm rated torque force at the rated speed of 1500 rpm. This servo motor can also operate in standstill mode as well where the rotor is locked in a particular position, allowing opposing torque of up to 125 Nm while drawing up to 48.9 amperes of current.
Communicating with the motor control module is pretty simple and secure, as the MAD series of servo motors relies on EnDat 2.1 digital encoder interface that comes with a 20-bit data packet for transferring encrypted data by using a 4-bit CRC error check to ensure uncorrupted data has been transferred over to the master control module. The data communication between the servo and the motor control module is full duplex, meaning both the encoder and the motor control module can transmit data to each other.
This motor comes with a 512 increment multiturn encoder for tracking motor shaft rotation with accuracy. It also comes with a tacho feedback system that helps regulate the speed of the servo motor by generating a feedback voltage of 1.5 volts per 1000 rpm of speed and this voltage keeps scaling with increase in the motor speed allowing the speed control module to calculate the current speed of the servo motor and using a closed loop control system to help keep the speed of the servo within the required speed limit set by the control parameters.
