The MAD130C-0100-SA-S2-AK1-05-N1 is an asynchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth's IndraDyn A series, engineered for high-performance applications in industrial automation. The motor with no holding brakes generally weighs 122 kg with a rotor inertia of 0.108 kgm2. However, with the addition of the holding brake, the weight increases to 130 kg, and the rotor inertia becomes 0.11 kgm2. Holding brakes inside the motor helps in emergency braking using a rotor stop mechanism, and this variant offers braking with a connection time of 110 ms. Stopping the motor at maximum speed, the amount of energy consumed is 30k Js whereas the disconnection time is just 65 ms. Using a direct voltage of 24, the holding brake can be operated with a current withdrawal of 1.5 A.
