Product Description:

The AC Servo Motor Rexroth MAD130B-0250-SA-S2-AH1-05-V1 is a very powerful and efficient motor, which can be relied on for many complex commercial and industrial activities. This device is capable of producing a maximum rated torque of 75 Nm when operating at a rated speed of 2500 revolutions per minute. Furthermore, the power output stands at 19.6 kW, whereas the rated current is at 47.2 A. What makes it a superior motor for performance applications is its ability to produce a peak torque of 176Nm and sustain 80 Nm of torque when stationary. With respect to its operation, it has a stand still constant current, 47.7 A which ensures that it will operate steadily without lowering its performance even after using it for quite a long time.

Apart from providing control and good dynamics, the motor MAD130B has a torque constant of 2.18 Nm/A and inertia of 0.084 kgm2. The thermal time constant for this device has been set to about forty-five minutes and this short time ensures that there is proper heat radiation and good performance even after a long duration of working.

Apart from the fact that the protection class is supposed to be IP65 which does not expose the motor to dust and low-pressure water jets, the motor is quiet and operational with a noise level of 70 dB (A) or less. The motor itself can be ordered with electrically clamped or electrically released brakes, so it might be used in applications with brake requirements as well.
