Product Description:
Designed to generate high rotational force that is needed in heavy-duty industrial applications to operate machines such as gearbox systems, the MAD130B-0200-SA-M2-AH0-05-N1 is a high-torque servo motor. This servo motor is an asynchronous motor design that comes with a rated torque of 80 Nm along with a rated speed of 2000 rotations per minute. To ensure that this servo motor can provide variable output based on the type of applications it is being used for and to make this servo motor much more versatile, this servo is capable of providing variable speed ranges between 1000 to 7500 RPM along with variable torque based on the speed at which it is rotating, going from 85 Nm to 187 Nm at the maximum rotating speed.
With an attached axial blower on the rear end of the servo motor to help create an airflow channel, the axial blower fan on this servo motor helps ensure the copper core of the servo motor remains cool during heavy-duty operation and keeps the coil temperature between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, which is the recommended operational temperature range of the servo motor. The blower on this motor comes with a voltage operating range of 460V AC nominal along with a current rating of 0.71 amperes and can generate an airflow of 1000 m³ per hour.
The multiturn configuration encoder on this servo motor ensures that the shaft is tracked for multiple rotations of up to 4096 revolutions, and for each rotation, it is able to track up to 2048 small increments. This feature helps increase the resolution of the encoder and also enhances the precision of the servo motor by generating pulses for every increment detected by the encoder.
