Product Description:

Part of the MAD series of AC servo motors which have blower fans attached to the motor enclosure for cooling, the MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-LG0-05-V1 is a high-speed AC servo motor with a size 130 mm and length B. This motor comes with a speed rating of 1500 rpm while also producing a torque of 80 Nm. To keep the motor cool during high-speed operations, the servo motor comes with a 460-volt AC axial fan with a suction configuration that uses ambient air for regulating the air inside the motor enclosure.

To keep the servo motor perfect when installed outside, this servo motor comes with the RAL 9005 sealant on the motor enclosure that helps reduce the chances of corrosion on the motor body. The power connector and the encoder connection are placed on the left side of the motor enclosure which allows operators to easily access the wirings of the servo motor. This servo motor design is very compact and can be mounted in areas with confined space. The motor also weighs around 92 kg which is a medium level of weight compared to other servo motors in the MAD series of motors.

To make sure this servo motor rotates its shaft as accurately as possible, the MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-LG0-05-V1 comes with a single-turn absolute encoder with a high-resolution design. The encoder uses the EnDat 2.1 series communication mode which runs on the full duplex communication mode where both the motor controller and the encoder can communicate with each other without the master-slave configuration. The EnDat 2.1 also comes with various security bits that ensure data packet encryption to allow accurate data transmission between the motor controller and the encoder module.
