Bosch Rexroth MAD series of asynchronous motors like the MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-HP0-35-N1 are robust high throughput motors with outstanding handling precision. They find applications in metal forming, packaging equipment, printing presses, and other servo and main spindle applications. This model is a size 130 motor which features a frame size of B. It comes equipped with an axial fan for surface colling for thermal protection. The motor?s housing is IP protected so it can be used within the area of the machine even in less ideal conditions. The robust design comes with in-built thermistors in the windings to protect the motor from overload damage.
The motor has a single-turn absolute encoder, 2048 increments. The encoder has a data memory for all relevant motor parameters required for commissioning the motor. The unit is also equipped with a standard bearing which is suited for medium to low axial loads. The bearing is designed to ensure durability and low noise during operation. This motor is rated in the A vibration severity class per DIN EN 60034-14 requirements. To meet diverse installation requirements, this motor comes with flange and foot mounting. It is equipped with B Side connectors for connection of the power cable to the unit. The motor has an output shaft with keyway, balanced with entire key.
