With a single-turn encoder attached, the MAD130B-0150-SA-S0-BP0-05-N1 is great for applications that require high accuracy from its controls-related automation equipment, since this servo uses the closed-loop configuration to help it reduce the error at the output of the servo motor by continuously calculating the error in the data. The motor controller for this servo motor includes the digital control module, such as TDK and DSC controllers, including various other PLC modules in combination with a network card.
This 80 Nm servo motor can rotate at the nominal speed of 1500 rpm and has a derating speed of 1000 rpm. The motor supports serial communication interface including the 2 wire configurations of RS232 and RS485 communication protocol that simply require you to wire the connection and using the Phillips screws to tighten the wires without needing a special connector or soldering. The MAD series of motors is known for their low inertia design, and MAD130B-0150-SA-S0-BP0-05-N1 is no exception, as it comes with a rotor inertia of 0.084 kgm². This AC servo motor comes with an all-sealed design, thanks to its IP 65 protection rating that keeps the motor safe against dust and moisture.
