Product Description:
The MAD130B-0100-SA-S2-AG1-05-N1 from the MAD series part of the asynchronous servo motors from Rexroth Bosch Electric is designed to provide high levels of speed rotation with a nominal speed of 1000 rotations per minute while the maximum speed of rotation is 1500 rpm, all while keeping the inertia low at 0.084 kgm². This servo has a power output rating of 9.2 kW making this servo motor electrically efficient as it only consumes 24.1 amperes of current under normal operation while generating a rated torque of 88 Nm. At standstill conditions, this AC servo motor has a standstill torque rating of 95 Nm while drawing a current of 25.6 amperes. This servo comes with a torque constant ratio of 4.26 Nm for every ampere of current that it draws from the power supply module. The motor comes with the N configuration of bearings, which translates to the standard bearing type that allows this AC servo motor to reach a maximum speed of 6000 rpm while providing a torque of 209 Nm at this maximum speed of rotation. To operate this AC servo motor, Rexroth recommends all servo motors in the MAD series be operated at a temperature range between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius to ensure that they do not overheat. To combat overheating issues, this servo motor comes with a blower fan installed on the rear end of the servo. This blower fan requires 400 to 480 volts AC to operate and has an airflow rate of 1000 m³ per hour that allows this servo to cool down quickly. This motor also comes with an electrically released brake system, that has a holding torque of 80 Nm, requires 24 volts DC to function, and draws around 1.6 amperes of current.
