The MAD100D-0250-SA-S2-AG1-05-N1 from the Indramat MAD series servo motors designed by Rexroth, part of Bosch Electric, offers a rotational speed of 2500 rpm at nominal speed rating with a normal rotational torque of 50 Nm. This servo motor is designed to provide medium to low levels of torque and is designed for high-speed applications as it can generate a maximum speed rating of 9000 rpm with the help of standard self-lubricating bearings. The copper windings on this motor have a winding resistance of 0.36 ohms along with an inductance of 1.2 mH that helps suppress voltage spikes in the supply voltage to the motor coil.
The AG1 configuration of this servo motor ensures that this servo motor has the power connector placed on the top side of the motor for easy access, a plain shaft design that allows for couplers to be attached to the motor shaft easily and is perfect for torque transmission applications. The shaft also comes with a seal ring that keeps the motor sealed when it's filled with lubrication oil, preventing the oil from spilling outside when the motor is in operation.
This motor can only be mounted using flange-type mounting and it is always recommended to use the exact flange size for this particular motor to ensure a secure connection and low levels of vibrations.
