Product Description:
MAD100D-0200-SA-S2-BQ1-35-N1 is a 2000 rpm servo motor capable of attaining up to 9000 rpm speed. This motor comes with a power rating of 11.3 kW making this motor less power demanding but is able to generate a lot of torque at the output with a nominal torque of 54 Nm and the maximum torque offered by this servo is 130 Nm at 9000 rpm speed which is plenty for industrial heavy load applications.
The axial blower attached to the rear end of the servo motor helps generate air needed to cool the coil of the motor as a lot of power is dissipating when this motor is generating high torque output at very high speeds. This blower requires an external 460 volts AC with 3 phase configuration to operate. This blower can generate an air volume of up to 1000 m3 per hour further enhancing the cooling within the motor housing. Make sure to install this motor in a cool area with a temperature of the surrounding between 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius as this is the rated operating temperature of the servo motor.
To ensure this motor does not get filled with dust particles or water during light rain or for other reasons, the MAD100D-0200-SA-S2-BQ1-35-N1 comes with an IP 65 rating that provides level 6 protection against dust keeping the servo motor protected against dust particles that are 2 mm small and also provide protection against low pressure water. This motor supports both flange and foot type mounting options while the maximum height for mounting supported by this servo motor is around 1000 meters above the sea level.
