The MAD100D-0200-SA-M2-FG0-35-N1 is part of Rexroth's MAD series of servos, which is the flagship servo motor lineup that offers a lot of features to help you enhance your industrial automation process with the help of this servo motor. The MAD series servo motors come with a cooling fan attached to help cool the motor quickly, and one of the blower configuration fans on this motor configuration comes with a voltage rating between 400 to 460 volts AC, along with an air flow rate of 1000 m3 per hour ensuring quick cooling of this servo motor.
The winding on this motor has a designation number 0200 that comes with a winding resistance of 39.6 ohms and an inductance level of 65 mH, which helps with sudden voltage spikes in the motor supply. This motor configuration can generate a speed rating of 2000 rotations per minute, which can generate a torque of 54 Nm. At the maximum speed of 9000 rotations per minute, the motor is able to generate rotational torque of 130 Nm.
This servo motor comes with additional features such as a multiturn encoder with a resolution of 2048 increments and is able to track up to 4096 rotations. The servo motor is also able to regulate the speed of the motor by ensuring it stays within the control system's operating setpoint. The entire control system for this servo motor follows the closed-loop configuration, where the servo motor is able to generate a more accurate, closer to the one predicted by the control system, by continuously reducing the error generate by the output of the motor.
