Product Description:
The MAD100D-0200-SA-M2-BG0-35-N1 is an Asynchronous servo motor that comes with a winding resistance of 13 ohms along with an inductance of 7mH to help filter out high-frequency noise in the motor's supply system. This AC servo motor has a lower time constant due to such electrical parameters of the coil, ensuring that this motor starts fairly quickly and does not require a lot of time to turn on. Since the resistance on this motor is lower, it will allow more current to flow through the coil easily, resulting in less heat dissipation. However, the MAD100D-0200-SA-M2-BG0-35-N1 still comes with an axial blower fan to ensure cooling of the motor's internals by allowing 1000 m³ per hour of airflow through the motor housing.
The motor has a standard rotational torque force rating of 54 Nm that is produced during a rotation rate of 2000 rpm while consuming a current of 27.2 amperes along with an overall power rating of 11.3 kW. Always make sure to install this AC servo motor in an area with good ventilation to help the blower fan propel cool air into the motor housing, cooling the motor very quickly. This motor comes with a thermal time constant of 30 minutes, which is the amount of time taken by this motor to cool down to its steady-state temperature.
This motor comes with a continuous standstill torque of 59 Nm that draws around 28.7 amperes of current, which is necessary for applications, particularly robotics, as very high load is attached to its shaft that needs to be rotated. This is especially important when it comes to operating gearbox systems, which often multiply the torque offered by a servo motor.
