MAD100D-0200-SA-M2-AQ0-05-N1 is one of the servo motors manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Group with a variety of applications. Its winding is 0200 and the size is 100. This motor does not include any shaft sealing ring but is balanced with the entire key.
The cooling system is also present to blow out the heat for the intact functioning of the motor. The cooling system consists of an axial fan that uses rotating blades to push air in a straight line, parallel to the axis of the fan and moves the large volume of air over a broad area. MAD100D is equipped with a multi-turn absolute encoder with EndDat2.1 that keeps track of a shaft’s position even after multiple rotations. It provides high-resolution positioning data (2048 increments per turn) b using EndDat2.1 communication protocol for accurate control of rotating mechanisms. The connector is present on the A side of the motor through which an electrical connection can be established. It comes without holding brakes and can be attached to any surface through flange mounting. It has standard bearings and the vibration severity grade can be represented by “R” .
The rated torque of MAD100D is 54 Nm but can reach up to the maximum torque value of 130 Nm. The rated power is 11.3 kW and the maximum power output is 23.2 kW. The rated current consumption of this motor is 27.2 A and the maximum current consumption is 52.7 A. MAD100D’s key speed is 1500 revolutions per minute but can be increased up to the rated speed of 2000 revolutions per minute. However, the maximum speed with bearing is 9000 revolutions per minute. The mass value of the motor without holding the brake and with the fan is 72 kg and the number of pole pairs is 3.
