The MAD100D-0150-SA-S2-KH0-05-N1 is a compact servo motor that offers a respectable output torque of 59 Nm at rated conditions. This servo motor is great for small industrial applications such as packaging machines and molding machines, applications where high levels of torque are not required. This motor offers a whole lot of features, including a single-turn encoder of high resolution responsible for tracking the rotation of the shaft output, allowing the motor controller compatible with this servo motor to know the current position of the motor at all times. The basic speed of rotation for this AC servo motor is set around 1500 rotations per minute while the speed maxes out at 9000 rpm which is very impressive as this motor can be utilized for heavy industrial applications thanks to its maximum output torque of 141 Nm and also can be used in drilling applications as well thanks to its high speeds.
This motor has a very efficient design as it is able to convert one ampere of current into 3.19 Nm of torque. This motor comes with a power rating of 9.3 kW, equivalent to approximately 12.5 horsepower. You can simply attach this servo motor using four 8 mm screws onto a flange that comes with a size of 114 mm to mount this servo motor as foot mounting option is not provided in this servo motor. For regulating the speed, the tacho feedback system helps with keeping the speed under the requested limit by using the tacho feedback voltage of 1.5 volts.
