MAD100D-0150-SA-S2-AL0-05-N1 is part of MAD series of surface ventilated motors cooled by a solidly connected fan unit. These are asynchronous box motors with squirrel-cage rotor. Pumping out high speeds are torque powers in a compact footprint is the standout feature of this motor. Winding size is denoted by '150'. These motors have various applications in industrial level machinery. These are highly configurable motors that can be customized from mounting options, feedback systems, holding brake options and mechanical accessories.
The rated torque of this motor is 59 Nm and the rated power & current stands at 9.3 Kw & 25.6 A respectively. While working under favorable conditions the torque can reach a maximum of 141 Nm and the maximum output and current that can be reached is 19.1 Kw & 47.6 A respectively. The axial fan blower works from B to A which consumes 83-100 VA. Fan flow is measured at 0.12 A. The medium air displaced is 230 m^3/h.
The encoder type of this motor is 'S2', i.e. the single turn absolute encoder which works on the EnDat2.1 framework with 2048 increments. The electric connection is given on the connector side A.
