The MAD range of motors features high performance and high throughput asynchronous motors like the MAD100C-0150-SA-S2-BQ0-35-N1. Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, this series of motors is suited for servo and main spindle applications in machine tools, printing presses, handling equipment, and more. This motor has a squirrel-cage rotor and an attached axial fan for air cooling. This feature enables the motor to handle extreme loads since the motor can efficiently dissipate heat preventing overload damage. The robust design of the motor also features IP 65 protection so the motor can be used in harsh environments without getting damage from contaminants like dust or water jets. The motor is also built for convenience with a space-saving design that suits different setups including those with space limitations.
