Product Description:

Rexroth Indramat's MAD100C-0150-SA-S2-BP0-35-N1 asynchronous motor has 3 pole pairs and 55 kg mass. The MAD motor's winding circuit is housed in the stator, which functions as the stationary component of the motor. The stator is responsible for producing the magnetic field required for the motor to work efficiently. The stator's windings are intended to transport alternating current, which produces a revolving magnetic field. Laminated steel is used in its construction to reduce losses. As a result of magnetizing reactance's, stator and rotor leakage, and load variations, induction motor power factors can range from roughly 0.85 at maximum load and 0.20 during no load.

The MAD100C-0150-SA-S2-BP0-35-N1 motor features flange and foot both types of mounting. It allows smooth integration into a wide range of industrial setups by offering the option of choosing between flange mount or foot mount installations. The axial fan's air stream flows in the fan's axial direction. At the axial fan discharge, the driver's mechanical energy is transformed into spiral airflow. Similar to an aeroplane wing and propeller, the fan blades create aerodynamic lift, which pressurizes the air.

The standard bearings are made up of four parts: outer and inner rings, ball bearings and cage. Due to raceways and less friction between the rolling components, they operate at a faster speed than roller bearings. The two primary components of a single-turn motor encoder are sensors that monitor the movement of the rotor and a disc mounted on the shaft. Electrical pulses that indicate how much the drive shaft moves are produced when the shaft turns and the patterns on the disc make contact with the sensors. This Motor maximizes space efficiency in an industrial context due to its compact form and dual mounting flexibility.
