Product Description:

The IndraDyn A series MAD100C-0100-SA-M2-AP0-35-N1 is an Asynchronous motor designed and developed by Rexroth from Bosch Electric. This AC motor operates on 480 to 575 Volts AC and has a current rating of 13.2 amperes and a power rating of 5.2 kW. The motor can attain a speed of 1000 rotations per minute when operating under normal conditions but can reach a speed of up to 6000 rpm providing a torque of 119 Nm compared to the nominal torque of 50 Nm.

At locked rotor conditions, the MAD100C-0100-SA-M2-AP0-35-N1 can provide a torque of 54 Nm which is great for applications that require low torque. While in locked rotor condition, this motor can draw up to 13.8 amperes of current hence the need for an efficient and stable output power supply is very much needed for proper operation of this motor.

This motor is designed to be operated in an industrial environment with extreme conditions as it features an IP 65 rating which helps protect the enclosure of the motor by preventing dust particles up to 3 mm from entering the enclosure while also preventing water from seeping in. This motor also features a balanced key shaft with shaft sealing to keep the motor completely sealed. The motor is designed to be operated in an environment with a maximum ambient temperature between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius however with the cooling fan attached to the motor, it may help bring the temperature down to a more tolerable temperature for the motor to efficiently operate on without any major hiccups. The axial blower fan helps move the air from the front to the rear of the motor.
