Living up to that reputation the MAD100B is a part of their new type series of air-cooled asynchronous housing motors. They operate on fan cooling as compared to liquid cooling of its brother MAC series. These are performance focused efficient motors manufactured with keeping practicality into mind, therefore they feature a compact design with a mass of 43 kg. These motors are highly capable to give rotary drive to any main or servo. They exhibit a torque of 28 Nm maxing out at 66 Nm. Power generated by this model is 5.9 Kw maxing out at 12.1 Kw.
The ideal working conditions are up-to 1000 meters above sea level, & ambient temperature 0-45 degree Celsius. The duty cycle time is 10 minutes. The sound pressure due to operation is 70(+3) dB(A). This motor features a holding brake to prevent free backlash of the servo axes when not in use. The transmittable torque of the holding brake is 24 Nm, rated current is 1.1 A, max. permissible braking energy is 20,000 Ws. Disconnection time being 90 Ms & connection time being 30 Ms. It comes with a one-year warranty.
