Product Description:

The MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-BG0-05-N1 is a servo motor that is part of the IndraDyn A series of motors designed especially for manufacturing machines such as mold machines, packaging machines, conveyor systems, handling robotic systems, drilling and CNC milling machines, etc. This motor offers a rotational torque of 28 Nm at nominal operating conditions and is able to draw a nominal current of 11.8 amperes. The motor generates a tachofeedback voltage of 3 volts for every 1000 rpm speed that it achieves, and for reference, this motor is able to rotate at the speed of 1500 rotations per minute, while the maximum speed it can reach is 9000 rpm. The tachovoltage is used for calculating the current speed of the motor in order to keep it regulated.

For this motor to run as efficiently as possible, the MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-BG0-05-N1 requires an external filter capacitor connected parallel to the output of the servo motor that can help it smooth out any high frequency noise in the supply line even though the servo motor's winding coil has an inductance rating of 17.3 mH that also makes sure the servo receives a smooth supply of voltage.

This motor comes with a cooling fan that helps cool the servo motor to ensure the coil of the servo does not get too hot during high-power operation. The motor comes with an all black prime paint that helps it keep it safe against oxidation of the motor enclosure which ensures the structure of the servo motor remains intact for a very long time by keeping it safe against corrosion, especially in the areas of high humidity and places close to large water bodies, especially offshore oil rigs.
