The MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-AK0-05-N1 servo motor is a compatible servo with the TDK and DSC digital controllers, also designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. This servo motor comes with a frame of size B and has a weight of 39 kg that ensures this motor is portable and easy to mount especially when using the flange mount option where the servo motor is mounted from the front while its body hangs from the side even though the entire motor is stable and mounted rigidly onto the rotating system.
Comparing it to the motors that offer S1 configuration, the MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-AK0-05-N1 comes with the S2 configuration of the encoder that has a step count resolution of 2048 increments. This step count breaks the entire single rotation into 2048 small parts, making the positioning of the servo shaft very precise and accurate.
